Dec 7 2017 27249 2018 Looks To Be A Banner Year For Real Estate In Atlantic City NJ

We are winding down for year 2017, time for New Year's resolutions,. If one of your wishes to to make more money, investing in Atlantic City should be a winner. After digging out from the recession, mortgage crisis, Sandy Flood, and casino closures, we are turning the corner and heading for better times. Many developments are taking place which will bring new projects on board, leading to more investors buying in Atlantic City. Stockton University and South Jersey Industries are building a $220 Million dollar project, due to open by fall, 2018. Prices of real estate have doubled since ground breaking, it will continue to go higher once they are open. Some other projects include Hard Rock Casino, putting up to $500 MILLION into the old Taj Mahal Casino, due to open in summer of 2018. The Beach at South Inlet is a $83 Million project, bringing 250 luxury apartments to the Southeast inlet. Shaquille O'Neil is a partner. The boardwalk is being extended to Gardner's Basin, $15-20 Million dollar extension. When the former Revel reopens, that will add another 3,000 plus jobs. I look for 2018 to be a break out year, do not wait any longer if you want to cash in.
