Image titleSo often when a rental call comes into the office, we have a customer who is seeking a place that's walking distance to the beach, and close to the rides, Manco & Manco and the rest of the boardwalk businesses ... but not too close to them.

It can be a little tricky finding the sweet spot for that request...but 1220-22 Wesley is pretty close to being the right spot with the right amount of space to handle almost any size extended family.

The same owner has both the top (1220) and bottom (1222) units - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms apiece, with bedroom sleeping for 14, and a sofa sleeper in each that can give you 16 spots in case someone comes in for a day or two. The master bedroom in each unit is huge, with a working fireplace in each in case a May or June evening gets a bit chilly. Everything about the building speaks to the care and attention the owner takes in maintaining the house and ensuring his renters have everything they need. Each rental unit comes with 12(!) beach tags provided by the owner, and we are pretty sure no other owner in town delivers that many tags with their rental. Throw in four bikes waiting in the garage for your family's use, and that's hundreds of dollars that you don't have to spend on those hidden costs that accrue during your stay.

The top unit is available the week leading out of Memorial Day weekend for $1900, a super early-season price. Both units remain available the week heading into July 4 weekend (the week of June 25-July 2) for $4700 each. I can picture my mother's huge, Irish-Catholic side of the family taking both units and being able to have every aunt, uncle, niece, nephew and cousin together for a week of sun and fun in that sweet spot that's a short walk to everything you love about the boardwalk, while just far enough away from it to have a peaceful respite as well.
